EQ-TL0-01 Desktop Dip Coater is designed for R&D Lab to prepare various optical or epitaxial films from liquid solution at lower cost.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Features : 

  •  Pulling rate varies from 0.01 mm/sec. to 3 mm/sec.  (1-180 mm/minute).
  •  Digital display relative speed with +/-0.05% accuracy  (need calibrate speed before using).
  •  Pulling system is operated by PM brushless DC motor with precision speed controller.
  •  Compact frame size:  210 mm  ( L ) x 250 mm  (W) x 250 mm (H).
  •  Worldwide AC power:  Input voltage switch-able at 110V AC or 240V AC.
  • Liquid solution can be placed under the puller frame to dip coat small sample with dimension < 3"W x 4"L.
  • External frame is included, which allows you to pull larger sample (as the shown in picture).
